Policies & Procedures

📘 BORROWING and RETURNING: 

• • Class visits are every two weeks until the beginning of May - Schedule Here.

  • Students are allowed to check out 1 book at a time.

  • Books are expected to be returned before the next visit.

  • Students are allowed to renew books if they are not finished reading them. 

  • Students will not be allowed to check out another book until their currently checked-out book is returned to the library and accounted for.

  • A Reminder Notice will be sent home if a book is not returned when it is due. After a reminder an Overdue Notice will be sent home. 

📕 DAMAGED and LOST BOOKS:

If a book is lost or damaged the school may request that book to be replaced or submit a payment to cover the cost of replacement. This will be required in order for the student to continue to check out books. Thank you for your understanding!

📚 DONATIONS:

Donations will be considered. Please email YukonLibrary@gmail.com for more details. 

📅 END OF YEAR:

It is expected that all books be returned before the end of school year (LAST DAY OF SCHOOL is JUNE 13th)
